Technical Drawings
from €15 up to €40 / m²
Floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, lighting plans, plumbing plans, electrical plans, detailed drawings, installation plans.
FF&E Specification and Selection Service
10% 5% of the total cost of selected items & materials
Development and provision of specifications for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). This includes selecting and specifying materials, furniture, and accessories according to the interior design project.
FF&E Procurement and Logistics Management
15% of the total cost of selected items & materials
Full procurement service, including ordering materials, furniture, and equipment from suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and managing logistics.
Author’s Oversight
€1,000 €750 / 4 site visits
This service includes site visits, contractor consultations, quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction or installation process.
Construction & Renovation
